Good idea to give the volunteers first view.  When our host facility 
(Madison Masonic Center) was constructed in 1923-25, the open house 
occurred over three days.  The first day was reserved for the 
construction crews and their families, the second day for the Masonic 
community and the third day for the general public.  Tremendous 
symbolism in giving the builders first view of the completed structure.
