hmmmm...

i seem to think that the fraunces tavern museum in new york city has
something like this.  they have two period rooms which are set off by
barriers but which both show various foods and dishes used in a
colonial/revolutionary war-era tavern.  their long room, though, i seem to
think (and i apologize if i get this somewhat wrong) has a mid-process
set-up for making drinks.  i thought i saw a few objects used to prepare
varioud ingredients for drinks.  is this what you are thinking of?
