You might want to contact your local school board to see what policies they have installed in order to protect students from sexual predators and to protect staff from wrongful accusations.
You might also want to look at a policy involving a police background check of all employees and volunteer

Osiyo List!
I am looking for examples of policies on using
underage volunteers in the museum. Because of the
dangers of having minors volunteer, I want to be
especially careful in this area. During my military
time, a boy scout volunteer in my unit went to prison
based on an allegation from a youth, so I am
especially careful in protecting my staff and
children. You may reply directly to me off list if you
prefer.
