Volunteer Manager Position Summary (see www.tenchimneys.org for description

The Volunteer Manager ensures high volunteer job satisfaction, retention,
and enrollment through creative cultivation and accurate data management. 
This position is critical in building the exceptional volunteer corps
necessary for Ten Chimneys Foundation to be a successful arts organization
of national scope and significance.   The Volunteer Manager is one of the
chief foundation representatives to all volunteers and is devoted to and
aware of communicating the values of Ten Chimneys at all times.  The
Volunteer Manager is responsible for supporting and implementing the tour
program functions required to offer the country's most memorable and
inspirational historic house tour.  Key responsibilities surround the
implementation and management of successful tour operations.
