Sabrina,

Unless someone knows of another name that is correct, recognizable and in
use by cheese makers, I would recommend getting a copy of pages 3 - 20 of
the First Edition of Nomenclature and learn how to add terms that are
appropriately in the construct of the system. (If there is not another name
forthcoming from Museum-Lers or someone in the cheese industry, chances are
it will turn out to be: LADDER, CHEESE.)

If you can't find a copy, let me know and I'll copy and mail them to you.

Subject: Nomenclature name for a cheese ladder

Hello! I am alone in the office today, with no one to bounce ideas off
of. I have a cheese ladder, which is not a Nomenclature approved object
name. Any suggestions?
