Hi all-

I work for a small non-profit arts organization that is about to begin
construction on a new facility. We recognize the importance of marketing to
maintain visibility during this time and to get the public REALLY excited
about our new home. However, we don't currently have any marketing staff.
We've decided to hire a marketing firm to develop and implement an overall
campaign that will take us through our grand opening. We would like to
develop a brief RFP that would clarify our needs and goals. Does anyone have
any experience writing such and RFP or any experience with this type of
undertaking in general.

All suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Shana O'Hara
