In anticipation of our new museum and archives facility, we are
expanding our volunteer program.  We will be recruiting volunteers for
archival and museum work (tours, etc.).  I have a volunteer coordinator
in place but now we need to start developing our program.  I would like
to hear from others who have developed new programs.  Suggestions,
readings, etc. Any policies, procedures, forms, etc. that you would be
willing to share.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
