We are a small museum looking for a membership database program that will integrate well with our other software. We are currently using PastPerfect as a collection database and are considering using its membership function as well. It does not, however, import/export data so it cannot communicate with the museum store POS system. We would like our collections management data, membership data, and POS customer data to work together. How do these software programs integrate in other museums? Are there any recommendations for membership databases? Please describe any experiences you may have had with the issues of software integration and please send any membership database recommendations.
