I'm researching an exhibit on cultural perception.  Does anyone remember
the name of the young girl who wrote to Gorbachev, later met him and
founded a peace organization?  She was later killed in an air crash with
her father.

Also, recently there was an article in the NY Times concerning parents of
children killed in terrorist bombings in Israel who had banded together
to  lobby to continue the peace process.  The papers are being recycled
and the micro not out yet.

If anyone else has some other examples, please let me know.
