Luckily, someone has already done most of the hard work in compiling a
library/book/bookstore related mystery bibligoraphy, and has promised to
mail me a copy of it ASAP.  If anyone other than the people I have already
heard from would like a copy, please send me your snail mail address, as
this is not in electronic format but on paper.
 
By the way, the someone is Candy Schwarz at Simmons College in Boston.
