Kerridwen mentioned that MCN is an FTP site and mentioned the office phone
number - we are a bit more than an ftp site - there is also the MCN gopher -
enter     gopher world.std.com
choose    Membership & Professional Organizations
choose    Museum Computer Network
choose    any of the files
 
MCN also publishes a quarterly journal, SPECTRA which is available to members.
Individual membership is $50 (US) + $10 (for other than U.S., Canada & Mexico)
The board is presently discussing the possibility of using charge cards to pay
dues.  We will keep you posted.
