NCSA Telnet is one of the (if not the most) common implementations
of telnet for the Mac, and is available through most of the Mac
software archives (the software is freeware).

If you are looking (as I suspect you are) for software that
allows remote control of your mac from another loaction,
may I suggest looking at Timbuktu from Netopia. (This one's
cool because its cross-platform)

There are a number of programs that allow you to do similar
things in the Windows world, including PCAnywhere and PC
Telecommute, both by Symantec.
