Good Afternoon Listers,

I am currently assisting my museum in finding the right software to
create and maintain a Special Events database. We want to start with
a master contact/guest list in which each individual record could be
connected to each special event we create. That way, we can easily
select guests to invite, send invites and track rsvp's and attendance.
I want to be able to look at an individual record and see what events
they have been invited to and/or have attended in the past. Many of
the contacts will be invited to multiple events so I'd like to stick
with one master contact list. It will be difficult to have an
in-house developer sit with me and train me through the entire
process, so I'm searching for user friendly software. What programs
can you suggest?

Thank you!
