I would suggest getting a copy of "A Guide to Museum Studies Training in
the U.S." published by AAM's Technical Information Service.  It provides
a comprehensive listing of undergraduate, graduate, certificate and other
related programs in museum studies.  You can probably order it directly
of AAM's web page.
