Hello everyone,
I'm a grad student in Art History with a desire to become a museum
registrar and I'm trying to get all the experience I can in the field. I
am currently interning at the university art museum but would like the
chance to experience a new museum this summer. I need to stay fairly local
(I'm based in Euegene, OR) and haven't come across many advertised
opportunities (not
even in other states) so my question is where should I go to look for
them,
and if I establish contact on my own with a museum how would you suggest I
do it, 1) email 2) formal letter and resume 3) other suggestions? Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch! -Gretchen Ranger
