There does seem to be an influx of messages. I, however, put my vote, if
there is one being taken,  against splintering.

I am for better headings and titles though.  Many times I open up postings
that have little interest to me just because I cannot make out what the
topic is.

I do like the serindipity of following threads that are not directly
related to anything to which I would think to subscribe.   My time is not
infinite though and this costs me by the minute.

This format does keep me intouch with the working museum community while I
finish up my grad school entrance requirements and work outside, and have
less time to volunteer and the local museum.  It is important to me to
keep the "eyes on the prize".
