Below is the link to the article by May Cassar.  When I went back to the AAM
site to find it, I realized I had wandered from AAM's "Describing the Museum
Environment" page to a link at Conservation OnLine, to another link (which
is the one below). Oh what a tangled web we weave! Phew! Scroll about a
quarter of the way down, and under "Museum and Galleries Commission" is the
article. It is an Adobe Acrobat download.  Hope it is helpful.
