Dear all,

The Arab American National Museum is currently looking into ticketing systems. I would like your feedback/suggestions, although I've already done some of my own research.  

Who already has Patron's Edge and is using it?  Who has ShoWare, and is it interfaced with Raiser's Edge?  What are your thoughts on these systems.  What other ticketing systems do you recommend, that would allow us to keep track of who's coming to the museum (a database that is capable of reporting who's coming, how often, and from where).  I know Raiser's Edge has the capacity to do it, and I'm weighing pros and cons...thanks for your input!  My e-mail address is [log in to unmask]
