HI there!!

I'm the assistant to the volunteer coordinator at the Smithsonian Associates
and we are looking for a new program to schedule 200+ volunteers each month
for the different Resident Associate programs and courses.

Currently, we are running a very old version of dBase III for DOS on a rather
new Pentium-75 so we can afford to upgrade a whole lot.

We need something that we can create schedules on as well as keep a database of
over 900 volunteers on.

If anyone else has any experience with this kind of software and could give us
suggestions on how to design a new program or knows of any existing programs
please e-mail or post to the list so we can get a good discussion going.

Thanks!

Deb Fuller, Smithsonian Associates
