I seem to remember a rather good Wax Museum in the Dallas Texas
area, but it has been several years since I've been in the area.

There is always the Hollywood Wax Museum in L.A., It's got
quite a good collection of wax figures and movie items, including
the Time Machine from George Pal's The Time Machine.
