yes, it's called an Orgy Horn.  They usually have a looped handle on the
bottom so that the only way TO set it down is when it's empty and turned
upside down

The query about "wine bricks" during prohibition recalled to mind a
story my father told about a funnel-shaped drinking cup used by
speakeasys in serving their product.  As he explaned the vessel, it
could not be set down so that the customer had to keep drinking and then
re-order or leave.

Any Museum-Folks ever seen anything like that?
