We are beginning a process to select a new admissions/ticketing/group
reservations system for our museum.  We have approximately 400,000
visitors per year.  We will want to schedule groups, do advance
ticketing, and tracking numerous bits of statistical data.

I would be interested in:

        1. Any RFP's or similar specifications written in such a
           selection process.
        2. Any recommendations, either positive or negative.
