I am looking for guidance in developing policies and fee schedules for
requests to use collection images in films, video tapes, etc.  Do you ask for
royalties for rebroadcasts or require separate appliations for translating
between media (as moving from film to videotape)?  Do you allow images to be
processed digitally?  If so, how do you maintain control of their future
uses?
 
I would appreciate any wisdom anyone would care to share.
