As part of the research I am undertaking in preparation for an upcoming conference presentation, I am interested in hearing from associations, government agencies, and support agencies that support museum and heritage professional development I am very interested in hearing from your organization and its support programs. In particular, I am interested in the following information:
* the types of support you offer to your members (i.e.. covering tuition, travel, materials, etc.)
* range of support and/or specific fields of support (i.e.. are your programs general in scope, or do you offer a particular bursary for financial administration professional development, a program for new technologies training, etc.)
* the maximum amount of support you offer (i.e.. for individuals, organizations)
* your program deadlines
* whether your organization would consider supporting or presently offers support for individuals/organizations who wish to pursue their professional development in an online/distance education format.
I would very much appreciate receiving information from your organization if possible by May 12, 2002. If you are able to provide me with details of your program, either by attachment or by an URL if the information is available online, I would very grateful.
