Just a follow-up to Mark Rosentein's comments.  If someone yells "fire",
you call the fire department.  For serious threats to computer networks
the appropriate contact is:
        CERT - Computer Emergency Responce Team
 
They can be reached at [log in to unmask]  One may also get on
a list to receive advisories by mailing to [log in to unmask]

This organization is very good a blasting info to the net in genuine emergency
situations.
