Dear Simone,

The University of St Andrews (my graduate school alma mater) has a great
Museum and Gallery Studies program run by Annette Carruthers. Obviously
I am slightly biased about this. It should be on your list.

Also, Jim Roberts' Museum program at the University of Leicester is very
well respected. www.leicester.ac.uk

I believe that you would gain the right academic experience from both
programs but the environments might determine your preference. St
Andrews is a beautiful, small town in Scotland - at the Home of Golf. It
is fairly isolated being an hour from Edinburgh. Leicester is a larger
city in England, so its campus and environment would be different.

If you would like to know more about St Andrews, I would be happy to
discuss it with you offlist.

Best,
Ware

Subject: museum studies programs abroad

Hello,

Can anyone suggest museum studies programs abroad? I
am looking particularly at England but other
suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Simone Grant
