Re a union in a small museum:

I doubt a union would bother with an institution that did not have
enough potential members to financially support a union local.


Re the MBA:

If the museum cannot afford more that $7.25/hour for non-senior
positions, how could it afford to hire an MBA? Those guys know better
than to work for peanuts--it's part of their degree program, I think.
