We are having discussions about how to count attendance. Do you count
attendance for programs that go out of your museum such as kit programs for
school classrooms? For example, if a teacher checks out a kit from you, do
you count her attendance at all? As one person or as a class of 30 kids for
elementary schools or 100 kids for secondary schools?

Does anyone count attendance for their traveling exhibits that go out? For
example, we are sending a small exhibit out to 7 local library branches.
Would you estimate average daily attendance at each location and count that
as museum attendance?

Thanks in advance.
