The Division of Public Programs at NEH has just issued a
          supplement to its guidelines for projects that primarily
          involve computer technology (such as Web sites, CD-ROMS,
          etc.).  Applicants considering applying to NEH for
          exhibition projects should get in touch with John Meredith
          ([log in to unmask] or 202/606-8218) for a copy of the new
          supplement or for other guidelines information.
              The next regularly scheduled application deadline
          is 12 January 1998 for projects beginning in
          September, 1998.  You can also check out the supple-
