** Museums find an unlikely ally: The cellphone
Museums across the country, once averse to noisy cellphones, are suddenly
encouraging their use. In the past year, about a dozen art institutions -
including museums in Los Angeles, Berkeley, Calif., Tacoma, Wash.,
