Why not consider the lights that are being used on the van Gogh exhibit in the
USA?

They are called SoLux  and they  were designed to provide the best apperance to
most paintings at the light levels that are desired in museums.  They also have
extremely low UV emission.

The effect they have on art work is stunning.
