Assistant to the President (NY, NY)
We are seeking an Assistant to the President of a prestigious contemporary
art gallery in New York City.

Job Description:
The primary responsibilities include all administrative duties, managing the
President’s personal and professional schedule, writing and typing
correspondence, making travel and related arrangements. This position
involves great deal of client contact and some exposure to the press.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of related
administrative and personal assistant experience and possess excellent
communication and organizational skills. She or he must be extremely
detail-oriented and be able to handle high-level administrative duties with
poise and forethought. Experience within an arts organization and knowledge
about the contemporary art world is a strong plus.

Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience, and excellent benefits.  Qualified
