Thanks everyone on the list who answered my call about performance measures.
I am working on it at the moment and I might get back on the list as soon as I'll have something to offer. 

I knew that there was a lot of material about it. I am still not sure if some of it is actually useful to the management of museums. If performance measures are simply used to justify our still being around, the use of them  is somewhat limited I think.
