Contact Explosives Ordinance Disposal at either Fort Richardson or Elmendorf 
in Anchorage.  EOD is always happy to help and would find this one 
interesting.
It's not uncommon for explosives to be found out in Unalaska and I'm aware 
of a few WWII vintage mines having floated up out there over the years, 
which EOD has taken care of.  I believe they've been out there to de-fuze 
20mm rounds for the Museum of the Aleutians in recent years as well.
