Hi All,

I have been asked by my Board to identify museums and collections similar to
our own. If you have any of the following in your collection, please
contact me off list:

Artifacts, archives, oral histories, corporate or personal papers, text
books, or rare books related to eyes, sight, vision, ophthalmology, or
optometry.

Respondents will be asked to complete a short survey (I promise it will be
painless!).

Thanks in advance for your help.

-Jenny
