Dear Listers,
I have 2 inquiries for you all,

First, I am a recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Museum Studies
working an internship in Ohio at this time. I am looking into Grad. schools
now, but I am having trouble finding programs that specialize in my area of
interest. I am interested in specializing in the area of collections,
particularly care, conservation, and preservation and possibly appraisal. I
am wondering if anyone could give me suggestions of some good grad. programs
that specialize in these areas. I prefer schools east of the Mississippi
River but will consider any and all suggestions.
Secondly, I am also looking for a temporary job(1-2 yrs), can be part-time,
at any museum within a 2 1/2 hour radius of Johnson City, (Eastern)Tennessee
to begin anytime after October of this year but preferably by this coming
January. I am pretty much open to doing any job needed from curatorial
assistant to desk clerk to cleaning bathrooms, EXCEPT tour guide. Any
offers or other helpful information regarding this would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks ahead of time for any help with either of these
inquiries.
Sincerely, Adrienne Marrah
