We are presently reviewing our procedures for scheduling tours, with and
without guides, and are looking for a sample matrix or other document that
can be used to communicate the schedule and assigned staff.

We have software to manage tour scheduling, but we would like something that
illustrates the established schedule and staffing required to execute the
schedule.

Any samples or suggestions would be most appreciated.
