        Greetings!
While I generally don't admire trait list approaches in
anthropological research, I am currently attempting to develop a
"checklist" form that will allow me to discern and analyze the various
elements of exhibits in natural history museums. I plan to allow plenty
of blank space to record impressions, etc., but my goal is to develop a
data collection method that will be applicable in comparing exhibit
elements/components from several museums while attempting to avoid as
much bias as possible by providing a consistent data base.
Any ideas? I have come up with a first incarnation and
field tested it, but found it a bit narrow, so any input will help me work
out the kinks.
                                Thanks very much,
