Dear Ian,
    I printed out the application after visiting the website for IPAM and the
snag with continuing the application for a partnership is that I am a
half-time mid-level permanent employee as opposed to the "full-time mid-level
permanent employee". I am also the only employee with museum training. I think
that would disqualify me from a nomination for the IP
