Application Deadline:  March 7, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.

Terms of positions:  Two 26 week internships from mid-May to mid-November. Work week is Monday through Friday with alternating weekend duty and compensatory time off.  988 total hours for each intern.       

Location:  Homestead Prairie Farm, a living history house museum, is located at Rock Springs Conservation Area near Decatur, Illinois. It is administered by the staff of the Macon County Conservation District with assistance from volunteers.  

Salary/Stipend/Housing:  $8.75/hour for 38 hours/week. Interns also receive a $250 monthly housing stipend.  No on-site housing available but near Decatur.
