Hi Museum-l'ers.


The Lake County Museum operates as a department of local government.
We have a non-profit Friends of the Museum group. We'd like to increase the
Friend's role in fundraising.

My questions are:
Do you have a Friends group?
How is the board structured?
What is the role of the board in fundraising?
Do you know of any great models for entrepreneurial support group boards
that are focussed on fundraising and development?
