     "What do people feel about seeing resumes listed
     on this list?"

     I consider them spam and ignore them.  We are required
     to follow a process to hire, and I can't imagine very
     many potential employers would hire from such a
     posting.  Certainly those of us in the public -
     government sector in the USA have to advertise widely,
     etc., to satisfy legalities.

     I'd suggest you post a notice at MERC, which is at:
