I've recently decided, after lots of thought, to put my history degree to
work. I've done some research on historical archaeology programs, and this
discipline seems right up my alley, but I'd like to get some experience
before I start applying, just to be sure. Does anyone out there know of
"living history" programs near NYC? I'd love to volunteer, but for obvious
reasons need to keep my day job, too.

Any thoughts?
