Question:  In this small, rural town the average pay for a
secretary is about $8.00/hour.  We pay ours $7.93/hour which
includes bookkeeping skills.

What pay is the average out there for secretaries or
secretary/bookkeepers.  Our Registrar works only 3 hours
per/day and that person also gets the same pay as the
sec/bkkeeper.  I've felt the Registrary should be paid
a higher salary.
