There are so many software programs on the market today, it's hard to
say which is better than another. I suggest you first assess your needs
(just 3-D objects or also library materials) and your staff ability to
enter data. (Some programs are more complicated than others.) How much
information do you need? Last, are you using a MAC or "IBM" system?
There are still only some programs made for each type of operating
system. Companies I would get information from are:
REGIS, in Hallowell, Maine
Willougby Associates, who make SNAP! and probably other programs
Accessions Software, in FLA (a MAC system)

Do you want addresses? I suggest you shop around, compare prices,
service, etc. before just choosing one. I'm sure all these folks would
LOVE to send you information!
