Learning to Be A Better Nonprofit
Professional Development Opportunities for Nonprofit Organizations

(Atlanta)--The Fulton County Arts Council announces a series of five
professional development workshops designed for staff, volunteers and board
members of nonprofit cultural organizations. These workshops are designed to
provide information and practical advice on a variety of topics relevant to
the management of arts and cultural organizations.

"The success of non-profit arts organizations depends largely on their human
resources–the dedicated staff, board and volunteers who make quality programs
happen," says Harriet Sanford, the Arts Council's director. "Providing this
series of workshops is our way of ensuring that this workforce can
competitively meet the growing challenges faced by our field as we enter the
21st century."
