Hello, all--I'm hoping that the collective wisdom of the list can be  
of assistance.

We are in the process of rehabbing a historic structure that may also  
serve a museum function, and I have been asked to come up with a  
square-foot estimate of the cost of climate-controlled storage.

This wouldn't be a binding figure, but rather a ballpark estimate,  
exclusive of storage furniture, etc.

Does anyone have an idea of what the cost per square foot might be for  
a space constructed with appropriate materials and climate-control  
systems?
