I'm in the Marketing Department at the National Building Museum and we've recently gotten some iPads to use at our Admissions Desk to collect visitor information (name, address, email, etc). We're looking for an app that will keep the iPad locked onto the survey page so visitors cannot navigate away from the page or use other apps on the iPad. We've found Kiosk Pro and it seems promising, but I was wondering if a) anyone out there has used this app and what you think about it and/or b) if anyone has other suggestions for different apps they like?
