Sarah,

The hardware store at which I work has a couple of Sonin 50210 Rapitest
moisture testers. We've had them for a while. Only sale was in 2011 and we
don't deal with the vendor anymore. Retail is $12.99 but I can sell you
one or both for $6,50 each and I'll even ship UPS for free.
