Look we either go by the constitution or we do not.  I have never been drunk
let alone done any illegal drugs.   I am totally against Drug testing.

As Ben Franklin said
"Those that would sacrifice a small part of their freedom for an amount of
safety deserve neither."

Or as Thomas Jefferson said.

We can either live free or live safe.

I on the side of free.
